Governance
Cameo is a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of California that require corporate bylaws which stipulate the governance of members, board of directors and officers. Cameo employs a professional community management company to respond to members' questions and concerns.
Board of Directors
The Association's Board of Directors is made up of nine members. Three Board members are elected at the annual membership meeting in May and serve a three-year term. Board members supervise association maintenance, communication and finances. As volunteers committed to one common purpose, the Board strives to help all members enjoy living in the Cameo area.
Officers
Officers are elected by the Board of Directors to attend to the daily business of Cameo in concert with the contracted management company.

Property Management
Cameo has entered into a Property Management and Services contract with Villageway Management to attend to the daily business of the association.
Duties and responsibilities include payment of bills, dues collection, escrow information, grounds maintenance, document archives, meeting coordination, and other matters as directed by the Officers or Board of Directors.
