Below are the various governing documents that are currently in effect, and apply to each owner and member of the Cameo Community. These documents may help answer your questions regarding the governance and maintenance of Cameo Community.

10.28.045 Real Property Maintenance
Noise Regulations
Contact Code Enforcement @ 949.644.3215 if
you observe any violations of the following:
A. Weekdays and
Saturdays. No person shall, while engaged in maintenance of real
property, operate any tool, equipment or machine in a manner which
produces loud noise that disturbs, or could disturb, a person of normal
sensitivity who works or resides in the vicinity, except Monday through
Friday between the
hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., nor on any
Saturday, except between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
B. Sundays and Holidays. No person shall, while engaged in
maintenance of real property, operate any tool, equipment or machine in a
manner which produces loud noise that disturbs, or could disturb, a
person of normal sensitivity who works or resides in the vicinity, on any
Sunday or any federal holiday.
C. No landowner, gardener, property maintenance service, contractor,
subcontractor or employer shall permit or allow any person or persons
working under their direction and control to operate any tool, equipment or
machine in violation of the provisions of this section.
D. After January 1, 1996, mechanical blowers, as defined in Section
6.04.055, shall not be operated at a noise level that exceeds an A-weighted
sound pressure level of seventy (70) dBA, as measured at a distance of fifty
(50) feet. After January 1, 1999, such equipment shall not be operated at a
noise level that exceeds an A-weighted sound pressure level of sixty-five
(65) dBA, as measured from a distance of fifty (50) feet.
Maintenance of City Trees in
Homeowner Parkways
13.09.030 Maintenance & Policy G6
The City’s General Services Department has provided us with a recap of city/homeowner responsibilities, as well as a copy of the municipal codes and city policy governing city trees in homeowner parkways. Generally, the city plants, stakes and sprays the trees. The homeowners are responsible for feeding and watering the trees. Cameo Community Association and the city are responsible for trimming the trees. For more details, please click here.

Park & Beach Reservation Form

If you would like to reserve either of our common area parks (Roxbury Park or Surrey Park) or Beach 3 (Milford Road access) for your personal use, please print this form, fill it out, and mail it to Villageway along with the required deposit and proof of insurance.
Key Requests
Pelican Hills Golf Course
The Irvine Company requires that Cameo owners who wish to have beach access through the Pelican Hills Golf Course file a License Agreement and Proof of Insurance before a key will be issued.
Please print the documents, which include the Rules & Regulations for using this beach access across Irvine's property.

If you need a new or replacement key for access to any of Cameo's beaches, please contact Villageway and ask for Cameo's Customer Service representative. A record will be made of the request, a key issued and payment requested (if required).

Application & Agreement Form
Print these forms, fill it out, and mail to Villageway for processing and review by the Architectural Committee.
Satellite Dish Installation Form
If you are planning
to install a satellite dish, you need to submit an application to the
Architectural Committee for approval of its size and location.
